Acceptable Stay with Some Issues
delayed check-in annoyed cleaner
The hotel's location is conveniently near transportation and several dining options exist nearby.
The check-in process was delayed considerably as our room was not ready at the stated time. This caused issues with our dinner reservations. Room service also made a mess of our breakfast order. It took two hours to arrive. The cleaning staff then seemed annoyed when we declined service due to the chaos with the breakfast order, the whole situation was irritating.

Excellent stay!
harbor view excellent location breakfast choice
I enjoyed harbor views from my room. The location was excellent, close to many attractions. Breakfast in the Gold lounge offered a big choice. The hotel is also convenient to cruises.

stressful parking long line
The breakfast buffet in the ARC restaurant was acceptable.
Self-parking was part of my reservation package but finding an open spot in the garage was nearly impossible. The congestion due to a convention next door resulted in a very stressful 45-minute parking experience plus there was a long line to check in.
